Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when StudyRare LLC issues refunds. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Digital products are final sale

Purchases of digital products, including bootcamps, self-paced courses, and question-bank access, are final and non-refundable. Because these products grant immediate access to recorded lectures, questions, and written material, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

Tutoring credits

Tutoring credits that you have purchased but not yet used may be refunded on request, less any non-refundable processing fees. Credits that have been reserved for or spent on a completed session are not refundable. To request a refund of unused credits, email us from the address on your account.

Canceled sessions

If a tutoring session is canceled before it takes place under the cancellation rules shown at booking, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically. If a tutor does not confirm a requested session within the stated window, the hold is released and your credits are returned.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you were charged in error or more than once for the same product, contact us and we will investigate and correct any verified error.
