Overview
Presentations where the chief concern is brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerve, neuromuscular junction, or muscle. The right entry for "this child can't move normally," "this newborn is too floppy," "this adult is ataxic," even when the underlying cause is metabolic, mitochondrial, or syndromic. Reasoning is consistently localization-first (anatomy of the lesion) before mechanism (gene/pathway).
